Our talent is the most important asset and our focus is on promoting a safe, collaborative, transparent, and a participative work culture. In the year 2021, the HR moved its key processes online, ensuring a seamless delivery of its services.
While we increased our communication with our staff members to ensure a continued support during this tumultuous time, the team also brought few welfare programmes aiming to improve employee experience at Ashoka.
The key highlights of the year include:
Successfully moved our recruitment process completely virtual where job interviews were largely conducted virtually, ensuring safety of candidates & our people, while observing social distancing rules.
The employee joining went completely virtual and we successfully on-boarded 80+ new staff members.

Values & Culture:
In August an initiative called Ashoka Sutra was launched to rekindle the culture that rests on a foundation of shared Values. Our values are the guiding principles that are built on creating a culture of Collaboration, Commitment, Excellence and Mutual Trust, supporting our vision and future growth. They support decision-making and a sense of what’s right and important for the organization.
HR Team along with Culture Leads and Champions organized interactive workshops called ‘Ashoka Sutra Workshops’. These workshops covering all staff members are designed to help build a deeper understanding of our new values.
To further strengthen our values and building a culture around that, we are constantly working towards reviewing our processes and building programmes to integrate them with our values. E.g. Enhancing the New Joiner’s Experience and Recognizing Behaviours & Values in Action.

International Women’s Day Celebration
International Yoga Day Celebration
